Villa Buggiano is centrally located and set in a pretty olive grove that overlooks Montecatini Terme and the Nievole valley below. It is part of a 17th century farmhouse that has been carefully restored retaining its Tuscan character, but with all modern comforts. The villa is located on a hillside and can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in 5 bedrooms. The villa is laid out over 2 floors and is approx. 300 sq mts.
There is a second fully equipped  kitchen in a separate building adjacent to a panoramic terrace. It is close to the part of the garden that features citrus fruits and aromatic herbs. During the warm summer evenings it is the perfect spot to enjoy a romantic dinner with the incredible view of the valley.
The villa is a perfect location to explore the local town of Montecatini and its spas – a treat at any time of year and a visit to the famous chocolate maker in Monsummano is a must. It is within easy reach of the Renaissance city or Florence (56km) and the wonderful walled city of Lucca (26km). The Tuscan coast is also an easy drive with its beach resorts of Viareggio (55km) and VIP resort of Forte dei Marmi.

OUTDOORS

The spacious gardens offer plenty of opportunities for exploring, relaxing  as well as al fresco dining and boasts wonderful views. The  swimming pool (12x6) is fully fenced and offers a cool relief from the long, hot Tuscan summer. The pool can be heated in cooler months with solar panels. There is a spacious poolside area with comfortable sun loungers and a pergola to relax under. There pool area also has a pool house with a changing room and shower room. The garden is also well lit at night.
