The Villa Bocca Dependance is part of a historic villa estate located just north of Lucca. The fashion for country villas as a place to relax and recharge was started in the 14th century. The Villa Bocca Estate is a perfect example of a country retreat for the nobility and was built in 1729. It is set in a huge private country estate of vineyards and olive groves, which still produces wine and olive oil today.
Villa Bocca Dependance is a perfect base, for exploring Lucca, which is just 10 /15 min drive into the town centre. It is within a 30 min drive of the Tuscan coast and chic beach resorts such as Forte dei Marmi. Florence is a 45 min drive and the local village is walking distance at 1.5km.

Villa Bocca Dependance is a pretty villa, sleeping up to 21 guests and is perfect for a large family group. The villa is located just outside the walled city of Lucca. It has been tastefully restored and can easily accomodate a large group. The dependence has a professional kitchen and dining room with fireplace providing an indoor eating area, it has also recently had a large covered conservatory added, which allows for a happy mix of informal dining and socialising. It also has a large outdoor terrace with tables, chairs and umbrellas.The estate is particularly suited to events, meetings and courses. In addition there is also a Studio space in an adjacent building on the estate providing extra facilities for functions, courses etc if required.

SLEEPS UP TO 21 GUESTS

Originally the farmhouse for the main villa, the dependence has been beautifully restored to provide accommodation for large groups. It has a professionally equipped kitchen and pretty dining room for up to 40 on the ground floor. It also has 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. On the ground floor there is 1 double and 1 single bedroom both with en suite bathrooms. On the first floor there is 1 quadruple bedroom, 4 triple bedrooms and a twin bedroom all with en suite bathrooms. It has a pretty patio and outdoor furniture for dining outdoors in summer. It also has a large covered conservatory, which allows for a happy mix of informal dining and socialising.

The Dependance has a seating area with tables and chairs facing south with lemon trees and potted Camellias. A path leads to the studio space, which can be used for courses, funtions, yoga etc
