Villa Avantgarde is a stunning luxury villa, set in fabulous Tuscan countryside with panoramic views. It has been painstakingly renovated by its TV celebrity owner and has 12 luxury bedrooms and suites all with en suite luxury bathrooms. This fabulous villa is set in breathtaking scenery, immaculate grounds and has views  to die for, that are quintessential Tuscany. From the minute you drive up, you are surrounded by a feeling of both privacy and wrapped in luxury. There is a sense of relaxation, the minute you gaze into the far reaching views across woods, cypress tree lined hills and beyond.
The local village is just a stone's throw away and has 2 - 3 local restaurants, a bar and a grocer's. Pienza, a wonderful town famous for its cheese, is within easy reach (10km) and the wine towns of Montepulciano (8km) and Montalcino (32km) are a short drive away. This is a spectacular setting for a  luxury Tuscan holiday.

FIENILE

All bedrooms and suites have been individually furnished and decorated. All have en suite bathrooms with showers. bedrooms feature pretty four poster double or twin beds, canopy beds or beautifully tailored, fabric bedheads in dramatic fabrics. Bed linens have been hand chosen to provide ultimate comfort and there is a choice of pillows and duvets.
Each suite has its own outdoor space with table and chairs.

The lower floor has

• 3 luxury bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. 2 bedrooms are twin rooms and one has 2 x Queen beds

Upper Floor

• The upper floor has a large open space with a well equipped guest kitchen and large lounge area with sofas, open fireplace and a large flat screen TV , that can also be used as a screen for presentations

COTTAGE

All bedrooms and suites have been individually furnished and decorated. All have en suite bathrooms with showers. Each suite has its own outdoor space with table and chairs

OUTDOORS

The villa is set in extensive private grounds (100 acres)  that extend into woodland in the far distance. It incorporates a lavender grove, olive grove, vineyard, a small lake and has several trails and walks around the grounds. The immediate garden around the villa itself has been lovingly landscaped to offer unique corners at every turn. From ancient pomegranate trees to the front, to perfumed lavender amongst other ornamental plants, creating a magical garden that flows from one corner to the next. From magestic  olive trees lit up in the evening to the handy vegetable patch to furnished corners desined for relaxing in. The large private infinity pool is lined with glass mosaic tiles that glisten in the sunlight. The garden includes pretty pergolas that form beautiful outdoor dining areas, to the BBQ area, with built in BBQ and pergola with covered outdoor dining. A firepit ensures long chats at sunset in the warmth of an open fire. This property is a gem, hidden off the beaten track and set in truly stunning panoramic scenery. A private haven to relax away from the stresses of day to day life.
