Villa Argentario is a fabulous architect designed villa located in the heart of Argentario between Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole. The villa (600 square metres) has stunning sea views out across the sea to the islands of Giglio and Argentarola.
This chic villa sleeps up to a maximum of 12 guests and has 3 superb master bedrooms and three double bedrooms. Each room has en suite bathroom, air conditioning and independent entry from the garden.

The villa has 7 hectares of grounds, private pool with breathtaking sea views and its own private tennis court. The villa is only a short 5km drive to Porto Santo Stefano, 20 mins from two beaches and within 2 hours of Rome.

SLEEPS 12

This spacious luxury villa has 4 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 3 master bedrooms and 3 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and independent entry from the garden.

GROUND FLOOR

The pretty, stone arched entrance, leads into a spacious open plan living room area. It has dark floors and characteristic stone walls. The main living room features large white sofas and armchairs complete with a fountain carved in the stone. This area extends to the outside. Next to it, there is the indoor living room with sofas and a large coffee table. The third area is decorated with a low table. A staircase made of black stone leads to the next floor.

FIRST FLOOR

This floor has a second living room. It is crescent-shaped and has glass walls overlooking the sea. Sofas are carved in the stone and decorated with large white cushions. From here you have access to one of the most breathtaking panoramic terraces of the villa, with outdoor sofas. Next to this living room, there is the bright dining room, furnished with a black rectangular table and chairs. The kitchen is wide and fully-equipped.

SECOND FLOOR

A staircase leads up to the bedrooms.  The first one is the master bedroom, with king size bed, black floor, period furniture and contemporary art. The second double bedroom, with stone walls painted in white, has a canopy king size bed, a wooden wardrobe and night tables. The third bedroom has twin canopy beds decorated with embroidered fabric.
The fourth bedroom has a contemporary style, twin beds, night tables and sofas. Next to it, the fifth bedroom is bright and exotic; the twin beds are covered with pillows and ethnic pictures decorate the walls. The sixth double bedroom has a canopy king size bed, wooden floor and contemporary frescoes on the walls. Each bedroom has air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom (three of them have bath tubs).

GROUNDS AND POOL

There are two entrances to the villa, each with an electronic gate. The villa is set in 7 hectares of grounds.  The villa has a large garden planted with indigenous plants including Mediterranean pines. There is a private pool (13mt) with wonderful sea views and a shower and bathroom at the poolside. There is also a private red clay tennis court for guests to enjoy that boasts majestic sea views.
