Villa Agata is a pretty villa set in a well maintained garden. The villa has 2 floors and it can accommodate up to 10+2 people in 5  bedrooms and 3 bathrooms + WC.


GROUND FLOOR

Villa Agata is a beautifully restored five bedroom country house with a great deal of warmth and charm. Villa Agata is a large villa located near the historic town of Figline Valdarno, which is in the centre of a triangle formed by the cities of Florence, Siena and Arezzo. The town’s historic centre has a medieval piazza surrounded by buildings of importance which house fine works of art. Florence is approximately 30km away and both Siena and Arezzo are within easy reach.

Entering through the front door there is a fully fitted kitchen to the left, which is equipped with an oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Four steps lead down to the living room, which has an open fireplace that can also be used for grilling meat in true Tuscan style. To the right is the dining room with a large dining table that seats 12.
Double doors from the lounge lead out to a large terrace furnished with tables and chairs for al fresco meals and comfortable loungers for afternoons in the sunshine.
To the right there is a double bedroom with a pretty four poster bed and it is a very comfortable bedroom with high quality soft furnishing.  This room has an en suite toilet.

FIRST FLOOR

Stairs lead up to a landing and the first floor. There is oak wood flooring throughout, apart from in the bathrooms. There area total of 4 bedrooms on this floor.
Straight ahead is the main bathroom, which is a bright room decorated with hand painted terracotta tiles. There is a full size hydro massage bath tub and a shower fitting. To the left there are 2 bedrooms; a twin and a triple. Both bedrooms are spacious with tasteful furnishing and ample wardrobe space. The triple bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. To the right there are another 2 bedrooms; a twin and a triple. Both bedrooms are spacious with tasteful furnishing and ample wardrobe space. The triple bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower.
