There is a dining area with views over the rooftops to the Duomo and Giotto’s Bell tower and then out towards Fiesole. There is a well equipped kitchen, which has a window that perfectly frames the Cupola of the Duomo.

There are a total of 4 bedrooms; 3 doubles and 1 twin bedroom (can be made a double on request) and 4 bathrooms. 3 bathrooms have showers and one has a bathtub with shower attachment.
