Not included:  Utilities - metered, maid - €12 per hr

Late Check in Charge: Check in after 7.30pm and between 7.30pm- 9.30pm incur an extra charge of €100

Local Tourist Tax: €3 per night, per person (adult) for a max of 7 nights payable in cash on arrival.
 
Security Deposit: €900 (euros) payable in cash on arrival and refunded on  departure.
