Mulino Uno is an attractive, restored stone millhouse set amidst the stunning Tuscan countryside on a 700 hectare estate owned by part of the Ferragamo fashion family.

This fabulous country estate has a gem of a village as its central point, which retains its original character and charm. Wandering over the little stone bridge and up the lane into the heart of this picturesque village, makes you feel that time has stopped. It is a wonderful backdrop.. The large aristocratic villa dominates the skyline as you look back. It is a beautiful and imposing building that sits just above the pretty village. It is steeped in history and once belonged to the Duke of Aosta and his family and originally dates back as far as 1039. The village has a tiny piazza and a lovely church at its heart and the village houses span out from there. Today, the estate belongs to part of the “Salvatore Ferragamo” fashion family, who have painstakingly restored the Tuscan Estate and Spa, which covers an extensive 700 hectares.

This exclusive estate has many facilities including a driving range, horse riding,  soccer field, tennis court, mountain bikes, wellness spa and  a chic village restaurant.

Mulino Uno is a perfect base, for exploring the local countryside with many small villages and towns. The historic town of Arezzo is within easy reach (20 mins) and Florence is just 50 min drive away or a short train journey (30 mins) from the nearest station. The villa is located on the estate and approx. 1.5km from reception and the estate village.

Prices include: Breakfast , daily maid, electricity, gas, heating, linen and towels (changed weekly), Ferragamo bathroom toiletries, final cleaning.

Not included:  Extra linen changes, phone, baby cot/extra bed up to 12 yrs - free, extra bed for 13 yrs and over - €120 per nt

Security Deposit: Credit card details will be taken on arrival and held to the end of your stay. Any additional charges/services will be deducted at the end of your stay. Guests may also pay in cash if preferred.


This pretty mill conversion is set in a garden with shared pool. It is within easy reach of reception and the medieval village close by, which is at the heart of this country estate. It enjoys many estate facilities including a spa, spa café, village restaurant and many other facilities.

Mulino Uno is a restored, stone mill house that sits alongside a stream and has a garden and shared pool on the Ferragamo owned estate. The trees around the house give a shady area to relax, sheltered from the hot summer sun. The house is on two floors and offers accommodation for 4.

It has 2 bedrooms; 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living room with open fireplace, well equipped kitchen with hob, oven and dishwasher.


The property includes a spa & wellness centre as well as a village restaurant all within easy reach.

SPA & WELLNESS CENTRE

The spa, where guests can relax and pamper themselves is part of the magical medieval village close by. The spa is purpose built and is very bright and airy with picture windows. It includes a wellness suite, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, lounge area, fitness room, café and an outdoor lap pool in summer. Various treatments are also available including therapeutic massages. There are pretty views over the village. There are many other facilities in and around the estate such as horse riding, archery, football pitch to mention just a few. Reception is also available for any help you may need during your stay.


RESTAURANT

Savour the fine estate wines and excellent food at the village restaurant, just a short drive from the villa. It has a Bistro as well as a gourmet restaurant and beautiful roof top terrace overlooking the picturesque medieval village so you can enjoy the chef's specialities.

There are a variety of artisan shops selling both local specialty cheese and handmade items around the village and a Boutique at the spa. These are located approx 1.5km from the villa.
