Casale Samuele is a lovingly restored house close to the village of Vorno near Lucca. Originaly part of it was used as an olive mill. It has been furnished with top quality fixtures and furnishings to provide luxury accommodation for your holiday in Tuscany. It is a great base for exploring Lucca (10 mins) and Montecatini with its famous spa and is within easy reach of the Tuscan coast of Versilia. The wonderful renaissance city of Florence is also within easy reach ( 50 mins)
Casale Samuele is a perfect location if you are looking for beautifully furnished, accommodation that is within easy reach of Lucca and Pisa. There is a local village at just 2km which also has a bar, grocer's and a great pizzeria. Lucca city centre is a short drive with its bustlings piazzas and myriad of great restaurants. If you come in mid summer check out Lucca's music festival, which always has a variety of excellent singers and musicians throughout the month.

Security Deposit: €2,000 payable in cash on arrival, which is held and returned to you at the end of your stay.



Casale Samuele is a beautifully restored villa with many features traditional of country barns, such as criss cross tile detailing and brickwork. The whole villa has been restored using local materials and is furnished to a very high standard, providing superb holiday accommodation for the more discerning customer.The villa can be rented for 10 in the main villa or for up to 13 with the additional accommodation in the adjacent cottage.

GROUND FLOOR

The ground floor has a very spacious living room with large open fireplace and a spacious dining room, which also has an open fireplace and access to the rear garden and pool. Off the dining room is a study with a fax and telephone. There is a fast WI FI internet connection. There is a large well-equipped kitchen with a large kitchen table, hob, oven and microwave as well as dishwasher, large fridge and double sink. Laundry room.


FIRST FLOOR

There are stairs off the living room up to the first floor hall and landing where there is a very large master suite with double antique iron bed and its own en suite bathroom. There are another three pretty double bedrooms and one twin bedroom all with antique iron beds and en suite bathrooms with bathtubs.

There is a courtyard area to the front of the house and a fabulous, well manicured garden with pool to the rear of the house. There is a large pool set in manicured lawns and outdoor dining. The garden features olive trees, beautiful camelias, wisteria, roses, lavendar, rosemary and fruit trees all framed by a splendid mountain backdrop.
