An elegant apartment located on the second floor of a historic tower and situated in the medieval part of the walled town of Lucca. It is in Via Fillungo, which is the main street through Lucca city centre and great for exclusive shopping. The entire building is under the strict control of the Italian Monuments and Fine Arts Office, who consider it a listed building and an Italian monument that merits preservation. The apartment is accessed  from  a piazza (20 mts away), where parking is allowed. It is approx. 140 sq mts, but feels much larger because of its high beamed ceilings. The recent renovation has brought to light the original colour of the beautiful beamed ceiling, the real masterpiece of this apartment! Lucca is a bustling city with many festivals over the summer period. It has a myriad of lanes, piazzas, great shopping and a large variety of bars and restaurants to choose from. You can even cycle around the city walls, giving you a bird's eye view over this pretty city.
Lucca is within easy reach of the Tuscan coast (33km) and the renaissance city of Florence (81km).

Prices include:  Electricity, hot water, kitchen gas, linen & towels (changed weekly), maid service once a week (on Sat), WI FI, air conidtioning,  final cleaning

Not included: Heating - small daily charge, extra linen changes, extra maid service

Local Tourist Tax: € per adult

Security Deposit: €500 (euros) payable with the rental balance and refunded after departure on owner's approval.
