From here you are within easy reach Siena and you can explore the wonderful local countryside as well as the lovely walled village of Monteriggioni or San Gimignano with its many towers that dominate the skyline.

Borgo Senese offers spacious sophisticated suites, which have been carefully restored, decorated and furnished with a sense of relaxed luxury. The property has beautiful gardens with a large swimming pool overlooking the vineyards and the fabulous views. The main building boasts an inviting lounge and library for the use of guests and there is an adjoining terrace for al fresco drinks and shaded courtyards. At the centre of the hamlet there is a romantic chapel decorated with frescos and stained-glass windows.
Borgo Senese has 12 stunning apartments including a “Honeymoon/Grand Suite”, a separate 2 floor apartment set away from the main property with its own access and gardens.
There are a total of 13 bedrooms + a sofa bed and 14 bathrooms for a max capacity of 28 guests.

CHAPEL & WEDDINGS

At the centre of the hamlet is the newly converted chapel where you can hold an intimate wedding. The chapel & property is licensed to celebrate civil ceremonies. The chapel is just a short walk from the Grand Suite through the courtyard of the village to the place where you can take your vows. A celebratory meal can be set up in the courtyard, the lounge or a marquee can be organised in the grounds for larger events.

WINERY

The estate winery is just a short walk from the property and guests can enjoy a personal, behind the scenes tour of the award-winning winery.

WALKING

There are over 200 acres of private estate on your doorstep, with many acres of woodland, the estate borders on the river Arbia, guests can also enjoy walking on a number of marked trails right from their front door.

CYCLING

There is no better way to enjoy the Tuscan countryside. The famous Italian Eroica cycle route passes right by the property entrance and you are right in the heart of many of Tuscany’s famous cycling routes.

OUTDOORS

The property is set in beautiful gardens with a large salt water swimming pool overlooking the vineyards and boasts fabulous views. There is a wonderful terrace for al fresco drinks and several shady courtyards. At the centre of the hamlet there is a romantic chapel decorated with frescos and stained-glass windows, which can be used for weddings and blessings.
