Borgo Paggino is part of a small hamlet and is made up of a number of villas and apartments in a village dating back to 1100. The restoration has kept the original rustic charm of the property intact, whilst now offering all modern amenities.
Borgo Paggino includes: two independent villas, a large villa divided into two apartments with separate entrances and a small house which has been split into two apartments. The property has a superb outdoor pool and Jacuzzi that enjoy panoramic views over the countryside.
The Borgo is located close to Castiglion Fiorentino and within easy reach of the pretty hillside town of Cortona 15km and Arezzo 24km. It is a perfect location for exploring Cortona, southern Tuscany with its many wine towns and natural spas and is still within easy reach of Florence for day trips.

SLEEPS 26+2

Borgo Paggino is situated on a hillside surrounded by a garden area with access to hiking trails in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The Borgo pool (14x7mts), which has a hydro massage pool for up to 8 people is located in a scenic location within an olive grove and offers breathtaking views of the countryside and local town of Castiglion Fiorentino.
All villas and apartments are equipped with: satellite TV, a laundry area, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, hairdryer, telephone, WI FI, heating and air conditioning.

CASA 1 - Sleeps 6

Casa 1 is part of a restored, stone villa dating back to the Middle Ages. The ground floor has been converted into a large three bedroom apartment with a private garden.
There is a kitchen with a pantry area, large living room with fireplace, a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, double bedroom with bathroom with shower and another bedroom with twin beds (can be made double) with an en suite bathroom with shower. The private garden area is equipped with a BBQ and table for up to six people.

The beautiful swimming pool area is reached by a tree-lined path through the garden.

CASA 2 - Sleeps 6

Casa 2 has a living room and well equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub, a second double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom with a bathroom with shower. The apartment is accessed by a beautiful terrace and has a private outdoor garden area with a table for up to six people.

PALAZZO 1 - Sleeps 2

Palazzo 1 is situated in a building dating back to 1800. Palazzo 1 is a lovely ground floor apartment.
The apartment has a kitchen and living room space equipped with all necessities and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.
There is a beautiful swimming pool area, which is reached by a path within the garden.

PALAZZO 2 - SLEEPS 4+2

Palazzo 2 is situated in a building dating back to 1800. Palazzo 2 is an elegant apartment on two floors.
The living area is accessed via an interior stone staircase. The first floor includes a kitchen equipped with all necessities, a dining space, living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom.
On the second floor there is a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a second bedroom with either a double bed (or twin beds) with an en suite bathroom.

The beautiful swimming pool area is reached by a path within the garden.

VILLA CAPA - Sleeps 4

Villa Capa was originally a storeroom and is now a detached villa on two floors and has a private garden space with a stone BBQ. The ground floor has a living room with fireplace and well equipped kitchen area and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom (wheelchair accessible).
On the second floor there is a double bedroom and en suite bathroom with a tub and shower. The villa is surrounded by a small garden with a BBQ and an outdoor table for up to four people.

The beautiful swimming pool area is just 100 meters away and can be reached along a garden path.

THE FIENILE - Sleeps 4

The Fienile was originally a barn, which has now been transformed into an independent villa with a large, private garden and covered outside seating area with a BBQ and table seating 6.
The ground floor includes a well equipped kitchen with fire place and wood oven, living room and a guest bathroom. A wooden staircase leads from the living room to the first floor. The sleeping area has one double bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub and another double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. This second bedroom is quite romantic as it includes a roll top bathtub in the bedroom, which has a panoramic view.
The Borgo swimming pool is 200 meters from the villa and can be reached along a pretty garden path.

OUTDOORS

The property has a well maintained garden and a large private pool (14 x 7mts) as well as an outdoor Jacuzzi (seats 8). The pool area enjoys panoramic views over the countryside.
