Borgo Guido, once a farm, was built around 1850 and is located in a scenic position on a hillside offering views over the entire valley.  This country farmhouse has been restored into 2 independent apartments and a charming converted barn. Located in a panoramic position, the property is set in a beautiful garden, has a swimming pool and can accommodate 12- 14 guests.
Borgo Guido is a short drive into the local town of Castiglion Fiorentino 7km and within easy reach of Cortona 14km

SLEEPS 12+2

The property is made up of three different units, which were originally a farmhouse and barn. The farmhouse has two apartments each with two bedrooms. The barn has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

APARTMENT 1

Apartment 1  consists of a living room with a sofa bed, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with an en suite bathroom,  bedroom with  twin beds (can be made double) and a bathroom with tub.
The apartment has access to a garden area, which has a gazebo and a table for up to six people to eat and relax outdoors.

APARTMENT 2

Apartment 2 has a living room with fireplace and well-equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds (can be made double) and a bathroom with a tub and shower.
The apartment is accessed by an external stone staircase and small patio. The apartment also has a small private garden area with a gazebo and table for up to 4 people.

BARN

This barn has two floors: the ground floor has a living room with sofa bed, fireplace, a large well-equipped kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with twin beds (can be made double) and a bathroom with shower.
A wooden staircase in the living room leads to the second floor where there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. From the bedroom on the second floor there is a separate entrance followed by a stone staircase that leads directly into the garden. The barn is reached by a private garden with a small gazebo and table for up to six people.

OUTDOORS

The property is surrounded by a beautifully designed garden that allows the individual units to enjoy private spaces and freely use the large swimming pool, which is located at the center of the property. In the garden there is a large stone barbecue available for guests. The garage provides parking space for three vehicles. Immersed in the Tuscan countryside, the entire Borgo can accommodate 12 - 14 people.
